The Hoverboard Will Not Turn On
The hoverboard does not turn on after the power button is pressed.
The Battery Is Low
Your battery might be running low on charge. To address this, you will want to charge your hoverboard. If your hoverboard is not charging properly, please see "The Hoverboard Does Not Charge" section below.
The Power Button Is Broken
Your power button may not be working. Consider replacing your power button.
The Hoverboard Does Not Charge
When you plug the charger into the hoverboard, it does not charge the device.
The Charger Is Damaged
First be sure to check that the charger is plugged into an outlet and that the outlet is working. The small light on the charger will turn green when you plug the charger into an outlet. Then, once the charger is plugged into the hoverboard, the charger light will turn red. When the hoverboard is fully charged, the charger light will turn back to green. If the charger light does not turn on at all, the charger might be broken.
The Battery Is Damaged
If the charger light remains green when plugged into the hoverboard, there might be a problem with the battery. Try replacing the battery with this guide.
The Charging Port Is Damaged
If the charging port looks broken or blocked, you might need a new the charging port. Try replacing the charging port with this guide.
The Hoverboard Does Not Sense When the User Steps on
When you step on the hoverboard, the device does not give the beeping signal that the device senses you.
The Battery Is Low
Your battery might be running low on charge. To address this, you will want to charge your hoverboard. If your hoverboard is not charging properly, please see "The Hoverboard Does Not Charge" section above.
The Hoverboard Needs to Be Calibrated
If the hoverboard is charged and not sensing when you step on, it may need to be recalibrated. To recalibrate, first turn off the hoverboard. Then, press and hold the power button for at least five seconds or until the lights start to flash and you hear “calibration successful.”
The Sensor Assembly Is Not Working
If the hoverboard is on, but it is not responding to your movements or weight, then there is a problem with the sensor assembly of your device. Try replacing the sensor assembly with this guide.
The Hoverboard Is Unbalanced or Not Moving Properly
When you ride your hoverboard, the device does not move according to your movement or does not move at all.
The Hoverboard Is Not Calibrated Properly
To calibrate, first turn off the hoverboard. Then, press and hold the power button for at least five seconds or until the lights start to flash and you hear “calibration successful.”
The Gyroscope or Sensor Assembly Is Damaged or Broken
If recalibrating the hoverboard does not fix the issue, the sensors may be damaged or broken. Replace the sensor assembly with this guide.
The Hoverboard's Bluetooth Is Not Pairing
Your phone will not pair with the hoverboard.
The Phone’s Bluetooth Is Turned off
Check that your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on and attempt to connect to your hoverboard.
The Phone Is out of Range
Your phone might be too far away from the hoverboard for a reliable connection. Ensure your phone is within three feet of the hoverboard and attempt to pair to the device again.
The Bluetooth Module Is Broken
The Bluetooth module in your hoverboard may not be functioning correctly, consider replacing the Bluetooth module.
The Hoverboard’s Lights Will Not Turn on
When the hoverboard is turned on, one or more of the lights do not light up.
The Battery Is Low
Your batteries might be running low which could lead to your hoverboard not being able to power the lights. To address this, you will want to charge your hoverboard. If your hoverboard is not charging properly, please see "The Hoverboard Does Not Charge" section above.
The Lights Are Disconnected from the Battery
Your lights’ internal wires might be disconnected from the battery. Read our Light Replacement Guide to learn how to access the wires that connect the lights to the battery.
The Lights Need to Be Replaced
Your lights might be damaged or broken. To address the issue, you will want to read our Light Replacement Guide.

i disconnected all the lights they were xausing problems i cannor calibrate my HYH1 hoverboard i have teied it used to calibrate easily

battery says 25.2 vdc

I had to recalibrate one and i had to turn it off, then turn it on, let go of the power button until it powers all the way on the press the power button and hold about 5 seconds. Worked great after.
