Printer will not print.
Since your ink levels are low, your printer may stop printing soon. To continue printing, replace ink cartridge.
The printer doesn’t process the paper and instead shows an error message.
When the error appears, there may be crumpled paper may be stuck in your input tray, output tray, or the ink cartridge access area. Unplug the power cord, and pull out the trays or open the cartridge access area to check for jammed paper. Carefully remove the paper and plug the power cord back in.
The print carriage may be stuck on small pieces of paper leftover from a jam. Unplug the power cord and check that all paper is cleared from inside the printer. Open the cartridge access area and manually move the carriage to the left and then to the right, making sure that it can move across the width of the printer. Close the cartridge access area and plug the power cord back in.
It is possible that an error appears without detecting a real paper jam. To reset the printer, unplug the power cord, wait 60 seconds, and plug it back in. Wait for the warm-up period to end and attempt to print again.
The printer doesn’t show up as an option over the wifi.
There might be an issue with the software of the printer. The most common and recommended process is to try reinstalling the Wireless Setup Wizard.
Sometimes the computer will have to be reset. Try restarting the printer, computer, and router.

Your print results include large ink spots on the paper.
Use the printers clean cartridge feature to realign printhead. Use manufacturer's guide manufacturer's guide. Follow solution seven and step three.
Scanned documents are visibly different to original document.
Check scanning glass if cracked or damaged it will need replacement. Use the scanner glass replacement guide.
Clean glass with a soft, lint-free cloth sprayed with glass cleaner.
Printer will not scan documents for printing.
Make sure that printer software is installed.
The scanning may be damaged or misaligned to replace use the scanner piece replacement guide.
Touchscreen does not respond to any presses
To fix this issue first attempt a device restart. If it still is nonresponsive, replace the Touch Screen LCD. Follow the LCD screen replacement guide.
