Check the charged plugged in to your device. Even though did not used battery until out, the battery ran out naturally or sleep mode.

Check the charger plugged in to the wall and device. Although everything is fine but it does not work, the charger could be cut off line itself. In my personal experience, my dog chewed a line and the line was cut off. Consider purchasing a replacement charger.

Update or install the sound driver from this site,

Reboot the system. Disconnect WiFi and try to re-connect.

Check the internet on the bottom right control bar with internet symbol. It can happen when a connection is not chosen.

Reboot the router

The screen does not work even using a keyboard or mouse .

Your screen may have built up a layer of residue that is causing connection issues between your fingertip and the touchscreen. Clean it.

The issue may stem from having too many programs open and running at once. If this is the case, it may help to collectively press control, alt and delete (ctrl+alt+delete). This will open the task manager (or give you the option to open the task manager) which will allow users to monitor or close whatever programs are open, the performance data, and each program’s total processor utilization.
