EasySMX X15 Won't Vibrate
Released December 20th, 2023 the EasySMX X15 is designed for PC, Switch, iOS, Android. This device has a way to control the vibration level. You hold the "T" key and simultaneously move the left joystick up or down for their respective increase or decrease in vibration intensity. If the controller does not vibrate at the appropriate time or when games are designed to work with controller vibration it should send a signal to the controller to vibrate. If the controller does not vibrate please refer to the following steps:
Controller May Powered Off
Ensure the controller is switched on. If it is off, hold the home button for 5 seconds to turn it on.
Controller Is Not Charged
Make sure the controller is charged to be able to run the vibration. Use the USB-C cable.

The Game or Program Doesn't Support Vibration
Ensure that you are at a part of a game or program where the controller is supposed to vibrate.
The Game Has Vibration Turned Off
Check the game settings to make sure the controller vibration is on if the game has the setting.
The Vibration Intensity Is Turned Down
Hold the âTâ(turbo) key and use the left joystick by moving it up or down for the desired vibration intensity.
Drivers Are Not Installed To Enable Vibration
Ensure that the proper drivers are installed for the controller which can be found at the EasySMX website.
The Motor Cables Are Loose or Disconnected
Refer to the replacement guide for disassembly to reattach connectors.
The Vibration Motor is Faulty or Has Failed
Please refer to the replacement guide and follow it to replace the vibration motor.
