Is your Anker Soundcore Motion Boom Plus produceing weak bass, distorted sounds or unusual noises when being used? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.

Causes

1

A damaged subwoofer may cause weak or distorted bass. Lower the device's volume and test different audio sources to determine if the issue is consistent. If unusual or weak bass continues, regardless of the source, inspect the subwoofer for any visible damage. If necessary, the subwoofer may need to be replaced. Please see the replacement guide linked here.

2

If the device's sound quality is poor or distorted, individual device parts/components may malfunction. Turn off the device for 10 minutes, and the tweeters may require replacement if the distorted sound persists. Please see the replacement guide linked here.

3

Nearby devices could affect the sound quality of this device. Try moving the device away from anything that might interfere with your device or any other electronics. Ensure that your device is the only one connected to your phone.
