SD Card Is Too Small ¶

Sometimes you just need more memory. Try swapping your SD card for one with a larger storage capacity. Make sure you back up your old data first. See how to replace your Micro SD Card.

Make sure your volume is turned all the way up by pressing the volume buttons on the right side of the phone and make sure the application you're using is not set to mute.

Connected To Wrong Speaker ¶

When sound is not heard, it could be that the Alcatel Pop 4 Plus's Bluetooth has been connected to a different speaker. Try turning off the phone's Bluetooth, then try to play the audio again.

Dirty Speakers ¶

The external speakers for the Alcatel Pop 4 Plus may not be working correctly due to there being too much build up covering it. Try cleaning around the speaker.

A reason could be that the headphones are the problem. Try using another set of headphones to plug into your Alcatel Pop 4 Plus to make sure the phone is causing the problem.

Bad audio jack ¶

If you have tried turning up the volume, setting the Alcatel Pop 4 Plus on ring, and made sure the problem isn’t the headphones and can get sound through the speakers, then it may be a damaged audio jack causing the problem and a replacement will be needed.
