Before taking any time-consuming measures, please ensure the following: Make sure you are connected to a power device with the correct power charger. The charger is a USB-C charger. Ensure the USB-C functions properly. Ensure the cable is not damaged. If you are using your charging dock, ensure the USB-C adapter is plugged in correctly and that the dock is not damaged
