Easy repair- Apple store messed up repair with faulty part

My Problem

top speaker needed to be replaced. Apple store wanted 60$ and i paid for it and it breaks the next day. i go in again and explain the problem- They wanted an Additional 90$ to fix and again and replace the screen (which was in perfect condition). I said screw it ill do it myself

My Fix

Friend fixed it it under 10 mn. Apple store took about 40

My Advice

rather easy you just need the right tools and the part was cheap and works fine now
