My Problem
My battery was no longer holding a charge.
My Fix
SUPER EASY FIX. Assuming you and work a screwdriver and have the two types needed to do the job, this is as simple as it gets. The small screws on the outside of the MBP that hold the bottom case on can easily be purchased at a hardware store. HOWEVER, there are two internal Y-screws that Apple really doesn't want you to easily be able to remove. iFixit sells a fix for that though. The job was done in less than 10-minutes and my computer now holds a charge like it did when I first turned it on in the Apple store!
My Advice
But the Y-screwdriver with the battery from iFixit. You'll absolutely need it. And just be careful not to lose any of the 10 tiny screws that hold the back plate on your MBP. I didn't have a problem...but those suckers could be hard to find if dropped.
