My Problem
Battery wasn't showing when it was chanrging, and wouldn't hold a charge.
My Fix
it took 3 hours. I hate opening these things. After I got it open it was all down hill thanks to your step by step gides. Sorry on pictures. Didn't think of that.
My Advice
After replacing the battery, sync with iTunes. The battery wasn't showing the icon for chanrging until we synced it with iTunes.
