My Problem
It wasnt charging...after I replaced the battery I knew it was the dock connector....problem solved.lol

My Advice
Maybe shipping those parts in a small box instead of a padded envelope...thought it was broken cause the mail man shoved it in my tiny mail box...bit it wasn't! Just food for thought :-)
