Battery did not take a charge
My Fix
The online guide was very helpful. At step 6 I found the opening tool too wide to be effective so I used a tweezers and griped both ends of the brown latch to lift it off.
Next I went straight to step 11 without disconnecting the head phone ribbon. Seems work fine and it was one less connection to mess with
My Advice
The repair was relatively easy. The hardest part was getting the case open, but didn't take very long
