My Problem
The glass was broken and the display did not work. The owner also agreed to having the battery replaced.
My Fix
The repair was very smooth. No complications. Once the phone was heated well the adhesive loosened very easily.
My Advice
Evenly heat the phone before beginning to pry on the front
