Google Pixel XL LCD replacement

My Problem

Phone was dropped. Screen cracked so bad there was no display.

My Fix

As good as most screen repairs can be expected to go.

My Advice

Buy some adhesive tape. If I had some I would've completely removed the leftover junk and put new stuff on the screen.
