My Problem
Customer had dropped his phone without knowing it, and it was run over by a car (luckily was in a protective case).
My Fix
The repair was one of the most straight forward repairs I've done on an iPhone. The only tricky part was removing the Home button from the old screen and moving it to the new screen. A plastic spudger and patience were necessary for that part of the job.
My Advice
The home button on an iPhone 7 is removed through the front of the screen. It took a few moments of pressing around to figure that out...
