My Problem

Has been dead for years. Saw the ad and decided I needed a hobby.

My Fix

I was mistaken that a tool came with this kit - it didn't. But I had a 'tool' in my bicycling kit. Once I worked out where the power wire went I was fine.

My Advice

First time I followed the video, but not closely enough. I didn't know there was 'rubber' stopper. I tend to wing my actions. I should have paid more attention in disassembly. I put the cable in the wrong 'slot' initially. Once it was in the right place it charged right up and is sailing along well. Best $19 I ever spent. I got the ipod back, and a little personal satisfaction. All for $14. plus shipping. I'd buy the tool too next time.
