My Problem

Battery would not charge.

My Fix

Difficult to open the case, but was able to do it with patience, and without damaging the case.

My Advice

Study the pictures in steps 21 and 23 to understand what the clips look like and the locations so that you know where and how to probe with the metal spudger to release the clips.
