Repair was fine, but initial setup was VERY frustrating, see below.

My Advice

Your video says microwave the iopener for 1min, but you have a banner that says newer versions should only be "cooked" for 30sec. The location of that video tag is perfectly hidden by YouTube ads!!!!!!!

Nothing is messier than a bursted plastic tube of what can only be described as hot baby oil pouring out of the microwave, onto the stove and splashing on the floor.

Insult to injury: having to buy another iopener after ACTUALLY listening to instructions.

Ultimately, goal achieved. The rest of the video was GREAT, and I was successful. Thanks.
