Brand new iPad Mini with no sound!

My Problem

A student broke a headphone jack in a brand new iPad mini.

My Fix

After many different youtube video on how to use a cocktail straw or bic pen. I found this website and bought the tool. When the tool arrived, it was simple! Just insert the Gripstick and lightly hammer it into place and then remove!!
