My Problem
Lower than expected battery life and cracked screen.
My Fix
It went fairly well, except the original home button with Touch ID doesn't work with touch ID anymore.
My Advice
The magnetic organization mat is very, very helpful. iSclack is a MUST. Buy the repair kit and not just the part, it helps a lot.
