My Problem
The iPhone 6 screen had a large spider web cracks which made it nearly unusable.
My Fix
I have a few repairs under my belt between an iPhone 4s and 5c. This one seemed the easiest.
My Advice
Invest in the iFixit Tools and Repair Tutorials. They really make the job.
