My Advice
If you change the LCD, I highly recommend that you change also the front camera flex, it happened to me that the proximity sensor stopped working and there was a buzzing sound on the earpiece, also the proximity sensor was getting really hot and the battery was draining very fast, after reading various posts, I figured it was best just to replace the flex, that solved the problem.
