Its all about the glass

My Problem

Cracked IPad4 screen -- it was working fine with the cracked screen, so I thought for $50 I would give it a try. Someone was interested in buying it if I got it working.

My Fix

As expected, releasing the glue and lifting the glass carefully was very difficult. Total job took 8 hours by someone used to fixing electronics.

My Advice

This is not a job that anyone can do.
