My Problem
The battery had died and we didn't want to upgrade to an iPod with WiFi capabilities for the kids
My Fix
You guys were right, the hardest part was getting it open. I did have to use an eyeglass screwdriver to help with leverage but besides that it was great.
My Advice
Follow the instructions.... Have patience
