My Problem
My husband and I want to continue using our old phones for sound files, camera and apps and needed to replace the batteries.
My Fix
The repair went easily and perfectly. Thank you for the extra screws and the perfect fitting tools that simplified the process. The battery charged up quickly and the phone was up in operation in no time. This is the kind of purchasing experience that we look for and appreciate but seems to be rare these days.
My Advice
Our advice - don't waste time and energy with another business, go straight to Ifixit. We ordered from two different online companies who sent the wrong batteries by "mistake" and sent used instead of new and made other errors. We felt discouraged but Ifixit came through big time!! Thank you so much for the detailed replacement guide and the integrity of the products, the clear information on Ifixit website, your excellent costumer service , shipping and packaging. Also, a magnifying glass and a table lamp helped tremendously with the repair.
