Wow - you saved my daughter's MacBook!

My Problem

My daughter's aging but highly beloved MacBook Pro had been serving her flawlessly since 2010. Then suddenly when she tried to charge the battery, the battery somehow shorted, and the charger died in a sparkling fireworks.

My Fix

We ordered a replacement battery from you on July 24th, and (to our astonishment) you, and FedEx, and Norwegian Bring parcel service, managed to get it from U.S. through half the world and national customs to be delivered at our front door in the morning of July 28th, just in time for my daughter's birthday!

My Advice

We purchased a new charger here locally. Then, we just followed your instructions to the letter, and the battery fix was carried out in a few minutes. The MacBook was saved, and so was the birthday!
