Saving my much used Kindle.

My Problem

Kindle wasn't charging so talked to grandson who does repair work on phone, computers, Kindles, etc. He asked me questions and was immediately able to identify the problem, sent me information about ordering the part on your website.

My Fix

Grandson is visiting me this weekend and will fix it.

My Advice

Don't throw devices away. There are people who can diagnose and repair them for a fraction of the cost.
