My Fix
It was much easier than I expected. Just follow the step-by-step guide from iFixIt. Total time was around 20 minutes.
My Advice
It's easier to pry open the case using the smallest jeweler's screwdriver. It also helps to have a long nose pliers to hold the small ribbon cables.
