My Problem
iPad Mini glass shattered after fall to floor.
My Fix
The repair went well. Pretty easy right up until I had to peel the adhesive paper backing. When I pulled the left and right sides the whole adhesives came of the digitizer. It was very difficult and time consuming trying to get the very thin strips back on the glass. Also, There was no adhesive tape on the new glass for the two small magnets. I had to get creative. After all of that it went well and everything works great. Not a horrible experience.
My Advice
Two bits of advice for the digitizer manufacturer, add adhesive for the two small magnets and maybe get a better adhesive for the the thin side tape.
