My Problem
My laptop batter no longer was staying charged, so I knew i had to replace the battery. The track pad was also askew, and growing worse by the day.
My Fix
Repair was seamlessly easy. I came to find out that my original battery had been contaminated somehow, and a huge bubble was growing in the center of if. had i not replaced it when i did - and had ifixit not shipped my battery to me practically overnight - that battery could have exploded or otherwise ruined my laptop.
My Advice
Always go through ifixit! i know next to nothing about computers and i was able to easily figure out what battery i needed. And was obviously super happy to receive it quickly, and have easy to use instructions for replacing it.
