My Problem
My old iPhone 4 wasn't holding a charge and the battery was starting to swell a bit.
My Fix
It's dead-easy to swap the battery. I had done this repair before on some friends' phones so it was over and done in like 5 minutes.
My Advice
Don't be too brutal trying to pry the battery out. The adhesive will give way, just be patient.
