SSD bliss

My Problem

My Mac Mini was glacial – especially when using iPhoto.

My Fix

Excellent! Now we have a second hard drive, an SSD, hosting both the OS and iPhoto.

My Advice

If you dad is an electronics wizard (like mine), let him do the actual work while you play the part of the anxious spectator.
