My Problem
Unfortunately I tried to hold my phone while my hands were covered in oil, with a case, of course. It did not go well. The screen was cracked all over and some pieces of the glass even fell out
My Fix
Was moderately difficult, then again I have previous experience fixing electronics. Didn't feel the need to go buy a compartmental tray, so I took a piece of paper, wrote down where the screw came from and in what step it was removed then taped them suckers down. Took around 2 and a half hours.
My Advice
If you have never disassembled an electronic device or even if you haven't done it in a while, organization is your friend. Using a headlamp really helps where there is a lack of light, and maybe a magnifying glass if youre having trouble seeing the tiny screws. Also make sure you are using the appropriate guide (CDMA or GSM) for your particular phone
