MacBook Pro 2009 Battery Replacement

My Problem

My trackpad stopped working & after some searching it sounded like the battery was going bad. After several tech calls & web searching, I found IFIXIT!! Thank goodness b/c the closest Mac store was over 3 hours away. And I didn't like the idea of mailing my computer off somewhere to have a simple battery taken out.

My Fix

The repair was easy peasy! I ordered the new battery on a Saturday and had it by Wednesday. Installing the battery couldn't be easier.

My Advice

IFIXIT, please keep doing what you are doing. THANK YOU for your products, your service, your how to videos, etc...! Thanks for making my battery replacement a painless process.
