First Fix

My Problem

Battery was not holding charge and was getting the service battery message.

My Fix

The repair was super easy if you have the right tools. One corner of the battery was bent so I have to force it straight to be able to get the screw through. You cautioned to not touch the battery but I had no choice. The battery did charge fine and has been working for four days.

My Advice

Please inspect batteries before shipping.
