what a great feeling!

My Problem

You know as much as apple would like to think they are the shiznit. All their parts come from the same companies in china and Taiwan as the rest of of the electronics, computers and devices. So from time to time you get the that one particular model that has that one faulty part that keeps the laptop from working, in this case it was the hard drive to logic board ribbon cable

My Fix

This was a very simple repair (quite surprising considering that apple is usually a #@$&!! To work on and repair.) the only hard part about this was diagnosing this cable as the problem being that there is no sign of any damage or breakage on it.

My Advice

Just love being able to repair. Because not everybody can. (Job security) ;)
