My Problem
My phone consistently died- every concert I went to - I would take 2-3 pics and my phone would just die
My Fix
I was able to watch the video - and with a little patience easily replaced my battery - my phone lasts all day without a charge again! It is like a new phone!
My Advice
Just watch I the you tube video and you will have no problems
