My Problem
My battery finally died on my 2009 MacBook Pro. At 70 with very shaky hands this is a big issue. Ifixit sent a new battery faster than I expected and the proper screwdriver to do the job. Taking out the old battery was pretty easy but imagine putting those tiny little screws back in with a magnetic screwdriver. Not theirs, mine (a phillips head). Think it's easy huh. Well when you get the screwdriver close to the screw it sucks the screw right out of the hole. After shaking around for half an hour I got the ten little critters back in place in using both hands. hah
Instructions from Ifixit were spot on and a normal person could make the battery change in say 10-15 minutes.
Kudos to Ifixit for their service and performance.

Don't be afraid to do business with Ifixit! They do what they say they will do.
