Cracked Screen.

My Fix

The repair was pretty easy. I bought a used screen from IfixIt that was all three parts (glass, digitizer, and LCD panel) already assembled. The only thing I had to do was move the boards and battery over to the replacement screen.

My Advice

The ribbons are held in clamp style. you lift up on the oposite side of the ribbon until the clamp releases. then you slide the ribbon out.
