Dropped my Blackberry Z10 and cracked the screen and was unable to get contacts.

My Problem

I switched to another phone so they were unable to transfer my contacts. With the screen cracked I was unable to access to pull them manually.

My Fix

After receiving the tools we got on and walked through the process of replacing on line and it worked great.

My Advice

I wish I had done this first before buying another phone. I would have kept it.
