My Problem
We had three iPads with cracked screens. We had contacted another company and they would never call back when I asked for the documentation that we needed in order to do business with them. I am very impressed that you responded quickly and ordering on line was a snap. Our screens came very quickly after placing the order. Well Done!
My Fix
I am not sure how the repair is going as I only did the ordering but from what I understand they are almost ready to go.
My Advice
I wished we had found your company first instead of the other one as we wasted a good week or more waiting on them to return phone calls. Their loss!
