My Problem
iPod would die instantly when disconnected from charger
My Fix
Better than expected, only thing that went wrong was the volume down button doesn't work anymore
My Advice
Just have all tools prepared before attempting the repair and if you have unsteady hands have someone hold the battery over the solder pads while you solder it in place
