My Problem
I'll blame the 2 yo. He dropped the phone and cracked the back.
My Fix
This repair was pretty smooth. I'm own one of those rare iPhone 4 with the phillips screws.
My Advice
The back fits nice and tight. If it's hard to get on put the phone between your hands like you're praying and use that force to slide it on.
