I am happy because I didn't have to install it!

My Problem

My IT folks figured out the problem without having to install the new track pad. So I am returning it. But my service and experience was amazing. Especially calling the 1-800# and getting a HUMAN BEING on the first ring. Kudos to you for letting real people help people. And my service person sent me the return info via email within seconds of hanging up the phone.
