My Problem
160GB Ipod was flashing apple logo over and over. When putting into Disk Mode it would work perfect, I could play music off of it and add music as well. This told me it was the battery so I ordered one here.
My Fix
The repair (Replacing the battery) was very easy and went smooth, The opening of the Ipod however is a different story. Opening the Ipod is a pain in the @$$ and takes some time prying and giving up on caring about the little scratches you are creating on the sides of the device.
My Advice
I will never understand these plastic tools the replacement companies provide, maybe they work for 10% of people but they break and don't work on every Phone, Ipod, Iphone I have ever opened. My trusty little eyeglass flathead screw driver has always served me well.
