My Problem

Shattered my screen 3 days after I had it replaced at Apple for $150. Couldn't stomach paying that again.

My Fix

My Problem

Screen was damaged from Pepsi getting spilled and soaking into phone for over a day

My Fix

Incredibly easy! The only frustrating part was trying to remove the original assembly without trashing the rest of the phone. Install was easy as was switching out the home button. Cannot tell any difference in resolu . . .

My Problem

I dropped my phone and damaged the screen

My Fix

The repair went very easily and quickly

My Advice

I used a heat bag that you normally use for a sore body part to soften the home button glue.

Just take your time and don't force anything.

It's worth paying more for the ifixit part as there are no fitment issues and . . .
