My Problem

My iPhone 6 battery was dropping charge fast. 100% to 60% in less than 30 minutes on standby.

My Advice

Use an iOpener to loosen the adhesive . . .

My Problem

My battery was notoriously short, and I refused to take it to the Death Star to replace it for some extra cost.

My Fix

The instructions were clear as ever in dissassembly. Unfortunately, the adhesive snapped off, so I had to resort to using a blow dryer to help me remove the battery. After placing the batte . . .

My Problem

my battery losing its charge too quickly now

My Fix

OK - was just that little piece of metal that was pretty fiddly to get back in under the contact. It kept flipping out and I had to pull out my trusty tweezers!

My Advice

Tweezers in one hand and plastic tool in other hand! makes it easier when putting back contact p . . .
