Used in many video game consoles and other devices, this type of fastener is most commonly called by it's incorrect nickname of 4.5mm Gamebit. The correct fastener type and size is 4.6mm Line Head Screw.

Until now, only poor quality 1/4" drive "Gamebits" have been available in the USA, that are unable to reach the recessed screws found on some consoles.
