The Mac mini initially shipped with a PowerPC G4 processor. PowerPC Mac minis shipped with processor speeds of 1.25, 1.33, 1.42, or 1.5 GHz. The PowerPC Mac mini was introduced January 2005, and is Model A1103.
The PowerPC Mac mini offers a single RAM slot, enabling a maximum of 1 GB of RAM. If your mini's RAM isn't already maxed out, adding more RAM will substantially improve performance.
