EU Shipping Policy

Your order is shipped via DHL Paket or UPS Standard. Shipping for orders with a value of 65€ or more will be free of charge within the European Union.

If your order includes a rechargeable battery, we can only offer free shipping to the following countries due to legal transport regulations within the European Union: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain (Mainland).

We currently accept payments via credit card and Paypal (express and standard). In addition, customers can use the Klarna payment method, as well as other local payment providers. These are dependent on the country selected in checkout. It is also possible to pay for your purchase with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

At the moment we are shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (Mainland), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands (Mainland), Norway, Poland, Portugal (Mainland), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Mainland), Sweden, and Switzerland.

For orders to the United Kingdom, please use our UK Store.

We normally ship your order within 24 hours. However, there are some exceptions, please note we do not process orders on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and there will be delays due to the holidays. You can see the estimated delivery time hence dispatch in the table below.

According to the transport regulations, rechargeable batteries can only be shipped by certain shipping providers. You will be offered the choice of suitable shipping providers during the check-out process.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship rechargeable batteries to some countries, as we are subject to legal requirements.

UPS cannot deliver to post-office boxes (P.O. Boxes).

Orders to the United Kingdom can only be placed via our UK Store.

*We ship to Norway and Switzerland including customs declaration. These shipments are subject to import taxes, customs and brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a parcel is sent back to us as undeliverable, we will process this item as a return for a refund and we will withhold the initial shipping costs. If the customer does not accept a package we reserve the right to withhold the initial shipping charges and/or charge a return fee of 25 percent of the value of the good. In this case, any additional fees and shipping costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

Please notify iFixit Customer Service if you suspect that an order cannot be delivered to the specified address and you have not received a return confirmation or refund within 6 weeks.

You can return items within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Always add a copy of your invoice and write down the reason of your return.
