Shipping Policy – EU Store
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the iFixit EU store and shipped from within the European Union.
Where we ship from
Orders placed on the iFixit EU store are shipped from our warehouse in Stuttgart, Germany.
Order processing time
Most in stock orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day.
Orders placed on business days generally begin processing within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be longer.
Shipping locations
We ship to destinations shown at checkout within the European Union, as well as select non EU countries.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the delivery address, the items in your order, and shipping regulations. If an address is not eligible for shipment, available options will be shown during checkout.
Orders for delivery to the United Kingdom must be placed through our UK Store. For shipping details, please see our UK Shipping Policy.
Shipping options and delivery estimates
Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, inspections, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Free standard shipping
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of €65 or more shipped within the European Union.
If your order includes a rechargeable battery or other regulated item, free standard shipping may be available only to select destinations due to transport regulations. Eligible shipping options and availability are shown at checkout. For a list of countries and exceptions, see our Do you offer Free Shipping? page.
Batteries and regulated items
Some products, including rechargeable batteries and other regulated items, are subject to shipping restrictions.
These restrictions may limit eligible destinations, available shipping methods, or delivery speeds. If your order contains a restricted item, the available shipping options will be shown during checkout. In some cases, our support team may contact you if changes are required before shipment.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after a shipping label is created.
Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package, or refusal to pay required customs fees, we will process the return as a refund once the shipment is received. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and carrier return fees may be deducted from the refund.
If a shipment is refused by the customer in order to exercise the EU Right of Withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with our EU Refund and Return Policy, including the applicable rules on outbound shipping costs.
If you suspect an order cannot be delivered and have not received confirmation of its return or refund, please contact iFixit Support.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact iFixit Support as soon as possible.
We may request documentation such as photos of damage or delivery confirmation to help resolve the issue.
If tracking shows the order was delivered but the package is reported missing, we will investigate with the carrier and may require additional verification before we can resolve the claim. Where appropriate, a replacement may be offered. A resolution will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Customs, duties, and import fees
For deliveries to destinations outside the European Union, such as Norway or Switzerland, we include a customs declaration with the shipment.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
